called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. |

Motion by Bob Jenema, supported by Jill Niewiadomski, to approve the agenda as presented. |

Mr. Robinson asked the
parents if they would like to proceed in closed session. Parents responded “yes.” Motion by Paul Roberts, supported by Jim
Stuart, to convene into closed session for an expulsion hearing. |
