Board of Education                                                               Agricultural Committee Meeting

Grant Public Schools April 15, 2008

The Agricultural Committee met on Tuesday, April 15, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. with Jim Stuart, Committee Chairperson, presiding.

Committee Members Present: Jim Stuart, Board Vice President, Paul Roberts & Jon Chase, Trustees	MEMBERS PRESENT
Administrators Present: Scott Bogner, Superintendent	ADMINISTRATORS PRESENT
The Committee visited the school forests and school farm.  Jim Stuart is going to contact a forester to help develop a plan to bring to the Board for final approval.  Also discussion was held regarding the lower fields at the school farm and specifically what direction to go with getting them ready to be productive.  Mr. Bogner was going to check with Ms. Courtade to see if one of her classes would be willing to go out to do soil samples as a start to the process.
