*****How add students to your classes?*****

Now that you have your class/classes created, it's time to add students to those classes.  There are two ways you can add students into your class.  The first way is to right click on the class you created and choose Add Students.  This will open a new window with a list of students that have been imported into the program.  The second way is to click on the Add Student icon on the right side of the window.  This will let you add a new student from scratch.

This is the view if you were to right click on the class and add student.  Here is shows you all the students that have been imported into the program.  You can click on the name  and click on ok one by one or you can select multiple students by holding down the Ctrl key on the keyboard and click on the names, not letting go of the Ctrl key.  After you have all the name highlighted then click on the OK button.

This is the window if you were to click on the Add Student Icon.  As you can see it has a section for the First Name, Last name, Login ID, password and Grade Level.  If you add students this way, be sure to use their computer login id and student ID for the password.  When done then you can either click Add Another button to add another or click on the Finish button.

After you're done adding the students you should see this screen again.  If you added the students by right clicking on the class your student will already be in the class.  If you click on the Add Student Icon, the student or students you added will be in the left hand column.  To put them in the class you drag and drop them by clicking on the name  and holding the button down with the mouse and moving then over to the class and releasing the mouse button. Now you have successfully added students into your class.
