Mrs. O'Brien is our music teacher.  Each class has music once a week for 40 minutes.  She uses the Orff method of teaching instruments.  That includes a hands on approach to using the instruments.  Rhythm is incorporated in all grade levels.  The third grade students should be able to read music by the second semester.
