Everyone takes a partner and links together at the elbow; use one threesome if there is an odd number of players. The leader and his or her partner unlink and begin the game by having a round of tag. If the person who is It succeeds in touching the other, they reverse roles; the runner becomes it, and the It becomes the runner. The other partners remain linked and stationary. If the person being chased wants to quit running, or is about to be caught, he can grab onto the elbow of anyone who is linked to someone else, and shout GO! This means the person on the other end of what has become a threesome must let go of her former partner’s elbow because she is now the new person being chased.
