FLAXSEED OIL DRESSING

 

½ cup Flaxseed oil (at health food stores)

¼ cup tarragon vinegar

½ tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1 clove garlic, chopped

½ tablespoon chopped chives (green onions optional)

 

Combine all ingredients in a food processor, or medium bowl.

 

Store it in a covered jar in the refrigerator.  Shake well before using.  One serving is two tablespoons.
