The philosophy of the Building Bridges Preschool Program is that young children learn best by doing. Learning is not just repeating what someone else says; it requires active thinking and experimenting to find out how things work and to learn firsthand about the world in which we live. This preschool program provides experiences and relationships that help develop the whole child. Each child is given opportunities to make daily decisions on desired activities which are varied, multi-sensory and hands on experiences.

Visits by parents are always welcomed and encouraged.The preschool program follows the standards of quality and curriculum guidelines set by the Michigan State Board of Education and licensing requirements of the Family Independence Agency.
