• Setting Up Your New Voice Mail

• From any phone dial 850
• After hearing voice press the # key
• Dial 9 plus your new extension number
• You will begin with the onetime setup.

When you reach the desired feature you wish to change, you can answer prompts with
1 for yes and 2 for no to complete the procedure.

• Checking Your Voice Mail From Another Phone

• Dial 850

• After hearing a voice press the # key

• Key in your security code

• Voice Mail Quick Key Changes 

• Dial 850, enter security code.
• While listening to the main menu use these quick menu keys to change desired feature.
• 746 to change your standard greeting
• 775 to rerecord your name prompt
• 774 to change your security code
• 776 to respell your last name in the directory

• Checking Old Messages

• Dial 850
• Enter you Security code
• Press 2 for old messages
• While listing to your messages you can press the #key to rewind the message.
• Messages that are not archived and not deleted will be saved for 3 days
• Messages that are archived will be saved for 13 days.
